What is a worm gear reducer gearbox?

A worm gear reducer gearbox is a mechanical device that uses a worm gear and a worm to reduce the speed of a rotating shaft. Hollow shaft worm gear reducer gearbox

Worm gear reducer gearboxes are usually used in combination with helical gear reducer gearboxes.
